Returns and Refunds
At L.C.C Show & TV Promotions we like all our customers to be 100% satisfied with their purchase however, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied you can return any stock items to us within 7 days for a refund or exchange, less deduction for postage and card charges. 2) The item(s) must be returned to us in their original as new condition with all of the accessories and packaging. Items that have been used, installed or damaged in any way will invalidate our offer.
3) Refunds are subject to deduction of postage charges and a 2.5% card payment processing charge to cover card charges.
4) Orders cancelled within 24 hours of being placed are subject to a 2.5% charge to cover credit card fees.

3.2 Dispatch times may vary according to availability and any guarantees or representations made as to delivery times are limited to mainland UK and subject to any delays resulting from postal delays or force majeure for which we will not be responsible.

3.4 We take payment from your card when we process your order and have checked your card details. Goods are subject to availability. If we are unable to supply the goods, we will inform you of this as soon as possible. A full refund will be given if you have already paid for the goods.

This email will only be an acknowledgement and will not constitute acceptance of your order. 7.2 If no one is available to accept the delivery you will receive a card to advise that a delivery has been attempted.
7.3 All orders received through us are processed and, if the goods are available, dispatched within 3 working day of receiving the order. Therefore, depending on whether your goods are in stock at the time of the order, your goods will usually be with you in three to six working days.
